Refund Policy

At Cuppa Kind Words, each item is made to order especially for you through our print partner, Printful. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/colour choices, or accidental orders.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Minor variations in print placement or colour due to screen settings
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Refund Processing

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider and our fulfilment partner to help resolve the issue.
